Characteristics of Self-Compacting Concrete with Different Size of Coarse Aggregates and Alccofine

The findings of an experiment examining the efficacy different size coarse aggregates on fresh and strength properties Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) Alccofine based SCC are described in this article. For study, 5 aggregate sizes (10 - 4.75, 12.5 10, 16 12.5, 20 4.75 mm) were used with conventional to determine workability properties. water binder ratio 0.4 is maintained for all mixtures. Workability like slump-flow, T50 time, V-funnel L-box tests hardened property compressive studied. From results sufficient values, optimal blend chosen analyzed further substitution 20, 30, 40, 50 60 %. test revealed that maximum did not influence much workability. Whereas combination replacement cement by 30 % had given optimum Also, a numerical analysis was carried out, Finite Element Modeling (FEM) compared them experimental findings. consequence FEM shows it reliable technique validate data.
